Caistor Grammar School Careers Evening

Thank you for visiting us at Caistor Grammar School Careers Evening

Marketing takes many different forms, from the traditional four Ps of product, place, promotion, price, to the more recent focus on personal brand (a term that makes Alex cringe but is a crucial part of the mix for most businesses in a digital age)

As a marketing agency, we know it takes more than just people who are creative with visuals, we also need analysts, researchers, critical thinkers, organisers, project managers, business developers, client managers, technical experts (formerly known as nerds…!).

Our history

Louise and Alex set up Knapton Wright to not only provide awesome consultancy but also to provide opportunities for people young and not-so-young to work in the creative sector, which was, back in 2014 at least, woefully underrepresented and provided for in the top half of Greater Lincolnshire - it’s better now, but still has a long way to go, perhaps you’re interested in being part of that progression!

After spending our formative years in Brigg, we moved to Caistor in December 2023, nestled in with Systematic, print and promotion specialists, in what we’re calling the Creative Corner of Caistor, you might have seen the signs if you’ve travelled of the town towards North Kelsey Road.

Why you?

If you’re reading this, you’ve met with one of our team at the Caistor Grammar Careers Evening and followed the QR code or you’ve been proactive enough to search for opportunities online, which is a great start as far as our ethos is concerned: we want people who are curious, who take the approach of “what happens if I do this?” We can teach or point you towards people and resources that teach you the technical side of marketing, but we can’t teach curiosity, that has to come from within you.

Our Experiences

Over the past ten years, we’ve supported people like you, who have come to us for a day, a week, a month, a few months, a couple of years, longer in some cases, given us their very best then moved on to something new, often in a city environment. Since Louise and Alex cut their respective teeth at a range of organisations in London, they have created an environment which, to some extent replicates that, but with a leaning towards the rural setting in which KW is located.

You can read about the experiences of people who have spent time with us in the pieces below:

Our agency works with brands that put people and the planet first, or at least aspire to and don’t know how to get started. This covers agriculture, agri-tech, renewables, heritage and community organisations. If this floats your boat, we’d love to hear from you via the form below.
